Fresh Vegetable Juice Recipe

Well I just finished drinking this vegetable juice and it was the best one I made yet. The vegetables are all fresh and smell great while you make it. I was trying to find a healthy and fresh was to add vegetables to my diet regime. I have done this one a few times and I kept modifying it until I found something I liked. I added in the Orange today and it made a huge difference.

First you need a juicer.
2 large or 3-4 smaller carrots
2 cloves of garlic, I add 3-4 but I don’t mind how strong it is
5-6 celery stalks
1 beet (adds great colour)
1 orange
a couple heads of broccoli or a handful of fresh spinach.

Juice all of the above in a large glass, you can add more of what you like if needed. I top with cilantro, stir and drink. The best I figure this add 3-4 vegetables to your diet every day. I think we all need to add more vegetables. The best thing with this is you can add the left over vegetables that don’t get juiced to a spaghetti recipe and then you can get more vegetables in the kids. They don’t even know it in there.
