Lose weight in 7 days did not seem possible when I started. All I wanted to do was lose 20 – 30 pounds before going to Disney World with the family so I could survive all the walking. The first week I manage to lose a pound a day. I was just amazed and dumbfounded all at the same time. Sure I had tried to lose weight in 7 days before. We all have reasons for wanting to lose weight fast. This time was different, I guess I really set my mind to it
I want to get it out there that it is possible. It was all really just a big fat dream. Sure I would really be lucky to lose 10 lbs in 30 days. Even 12 or 13 at the outside most. The first thing I did was figure out what to do. I figured the first thing to do was to increase natural metabolism, drink a ton of water. I had done that before I found I was in the bathroom all day. It worked, but wow. This time I choose for an all natural digestive supplement designed to give your colon a bit of a clean as well. This stuff is great, you can really feel it working. I just wanted to increase metabolism and it sure did to the tune of a pound a day.
The other 2 things I have done is to bike for 1/2 hour per day. That’s it, nothing more and nothing less. Does not matter if your heart rate is 70 or 130 you just need to do it for 1/2 hour. I like to spend 5 minutes getting my heart rate up to 120. Then I spend 20 minutes at approx that rate, then 5 minutes cooling down. This is usually good for 300 calorie burn. I also have added fruits and vegetables to my diet and I always leave about 1/4 of my dinner on my plate. This my friends has yielded 7 lbs in 7 days. I could not believe it.
